Have you ever tried to prove yourself to others? Your family members, friends, or co-workers? Yes, I know that we all have tried to prove ourselves to others one time or another. We have tried to prove ourselves on what we feel or say, our intentions, what we can accomplish or simply on how we care and love.
At the end of all things, the Lord knows who we are. He knows our deepest secrets, the pain we have endured, the joyful moments, our shortcomings and our flaws. It does not matter on the perception or expectations of others toward us, because the Lord knows who we really are. He does not judges us for what he hears, see or our actions. The Lord looks deeper than that, He looks into our heart. Our heart is the center of our own lives, the life that He has given us. I am so glad the Lord do not look or judge me from the outside, but that He looks into my heart. 🙂
1 Samuel 16:7 says: “But the LORD said to Samuel, “Don’t judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him. The LORD doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (NLT)
Now, make it a great day!!!
